Global Energy Awards are organized by World Research Awards (WRA), powered by the Scifax Group, with the mission of
encouraging, recognizing, and honoring outstanding researchers, scholars, institutions, and organizations worldwide for their
significant contributions to the advancement of science, research, and innovation. Nominees are evaluated based on past
accomplishments, research excellence, and outstanding academic achievements.

Young Scientist Award:
Awarded to early-career researchers for outstanding research in their field. This award aims to identify and recognize young
researchers worldwide with the potential to become leaders in their discipline. Nominees should demonstrate measurable research
contributions, such as publications and collaborations.

Eligibility: Open to working professionals and eligible students. The nominee must be below 35 years
of age as of the conference date.

Best Researcher Award:
Awarded to researchers in any field for significant contributions to the advancement of their area of expertise. Nominees should
demonstrate strong research outcomes such as collaborations, contracts/projects, and publications.

Eligibility: Open to working professionals. No age limit.

Outstanding Scientist Award:
Recognizes an exceptional research record and significant contribution to an institute or company. Supporting achievements may
include grants, patents, collaborations, contracts, books, and publications.

Eligibility: Open to working professionals. The nominee must be above 35 years of age as of the
conference date.

Lifetime Achievement Award:
Honors sustained excellence and an exceptional record of contribution to research, academia, or industry. Supporting achievements
may include grants, patents, collaborations, contracts, books, and publications.

Eligibility: Open to working professionals. The nominee must be above 35 years of age as of the
conference date.

Women Researcher Award:
Awarded to women researchers in any field for significant contributions to the advancement of their area of expertise. Nominees
should demonstrate research excellence through collaborations, projects, and publications.

Eligibility: Open to working professionals.

Best Innovation Award:
Awarded to researchers, institutes, or organizations for outstanding innovation and impact. Nominees should provide evidence of
innovation outcomes and supporting contributions (e.g., projects, publications, collaborations).

Eligibility: Open to working professionals, institutes, and organizations.

Best Faculty Award:
Awarded to faculty members for significant contributions to research and academic development. Nominees should demonstrate strong
academic and research outputs such as collaborations, projects, and publications.

Eligibility: Open to working professionals. The nominee must be under 45 years of age as of the
conference date.

Best Scholar Award:
Awarded to scholars/students for outstanding research achievements. Nominees should demonstrate research contributions such as
publications.

Nomination Process:

  1. Nomination documents are received and sent for screening.
  2. An acknowledgment email is sent to the nominee.
  3. The team may request supporting proof for claims stated in the CV.
  4. Documents are verified and forwarded to the review committee.
  5. Selected candidates are notified via email. Nominees can also track their status on the website using “Track My Submission”.
  6. Event and celebration registration.
  7. Winners list published on the official webpage.
  8. Award presentation ceremony.
  9. Publication of the award winner profile report.

Privacy Policy

We collect and use customer personal information for legitimate business purposes, including processing inquiries, providing

and marketing communications. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

Relationship

World Research Awards (WRA) operates a customer association management and email
list program to inform customers and contacts about our services, publications, and events. These communications may contain
tracking technologies to measure engagement and improve subscriber experience.

Delegates are responsible for their personal belongings. Organizers are not liable for lost or stolen items for any reason.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.

Press and Media

Press permission must be obtained from the World Research Awards (WRA) Conference Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press
may not quote speakers or delegates without written approval. This conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.

Transportation

Traffic and parking are the responsibility of the registrant.

Requesting an Invitation Letter

For security purposes, invitation letters are issued only to registered participants. After completing registration, please email
support@globalenergyawards.org to request a personalized invitation letter.

Cancellation Policy

If the event is canceled for any reason, you will receive a credit equal to 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit may be
used for another World Research Awards (WRA) event within one year of the cancellation date.

Postponement Policy

If an event is postponed and you are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit equal to 100% of the
registration fee paid. This credit may be used for another World Research Awards (WRA) event within one year of the postponement.

Transfer of Registration

Fully paid registrations may be transferred to another person within the same organization. Transfer requests must be submitted in
writing to support@globalenergyawards.org and must include the replacement
participant’s full name, title, phone number, and email address. Registration may also be transferred to another WRA conference.
Transfers are not permitted within 14 days of the conference date. Transferred registrations are not eligible for a
refund.

Visa Information

Due to increased security measures, participants are advised to apply for a visa as early as possible. WRA does not contact
embassies or consulates on behalf of applicants. Delegates should apply for a Business Visa. Visa denial or visa
issues are not covered under the cancellation policy.

Refund Policy

All bank charges are the registrant’s responsibility. All cancellations or modifications must be submitted in writing to
support@globalenergyawards.org.

  • Before 60 days of the conference: Full refund minus a $100 service fee
  • 60–30 days before the conference: 50% refund
  • Within 30 days of the conference: No refund
  • E-poster payments are non-refundable.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Hotel/accommodation providers have independent cancellation policies, typically applying stricter terms within 30 days of arrival.
Please contact us as early as possible to amend or cancel accommodation. WRA will share the applicable hotel cancellation terms
before confirming any changes.

Authorization Policy

By registering for the event, you grant World Research Awards (WRA) permission to photograph, film, record, and use your name,
likeness, image, voice, and comments for publications, promotions, and related materials worldwide without compensation. Photography
and/or videotaping by participants during sessions is prohibited.
